Bringing automation to Occupational Health
Moving from paper-based recording to using automation was the goal for BHS as they moved their Occupational Health Practice to using an automated approach. Using Genius, Erudite’s Occupational health Practice Management System has been a learning curve that is now paying dividends as much of the heavy lifting is now undertaken by the system.
Using automation in the process has also provided an easy-to-use self-help process for their clients’ employees to engage with creating a seamless journey.
Empowering Software
Erudite worked with BHS to build a system using the Genius product to underpin the delivery of their health services. Services including flu vaccinations, pre-employment, health monitoring are more where the services can be scheduled, completed by a nurse anywhere in the country and the results generate a report to be used as the basis for their client reporting, reducing the time taken from many hours to one to two hours.
